  • STEP 2:  FORM SUBMISSION:

1. Please submit the below mentioned documents in the school office on any working day between 8 am and 10 am only.

Following documents are required:

  1. Printout of Registration form (Back to back - 2 pages)
  2. Stick passport size (4.5cm x 3.5cm) photo of Student, Father, Mother.
  3. Signature of both parents is mandatory.
  4. One photocopy of student's Birth Certificate.
  5. One photocopy of any one of following residence proof. 
    (    Any one parent name is mandatory on the proof)    :
    Ration card, Aadhaar Card, Electricity Bill, Society Maintenance Bill, Leave & License Agreement, Society Possession Letter,  Society Sale Agreement.

  6. Registration fees of Rs. 500/- (Cash only)

  7. All Original documents are required for verification.
  8. All photocopies should be self attested by the parents.
     

On submission of the form (hard copies), you will be issued with (1) A TOKEN CARD, (2) A School Brochure, (3) An Instruction sheet.

 
 

STEP 3:  INTERACTION OF STUDENTS:

(FOR NURSERY, LKG, UKG and Class 1 ONLY)

Instructions:

  • Kindly bring the TOKEN along with you.

  • Any one parent can accompany the child. Carry your valid ID proofs.

  • Be present on the date/time mentioned on the instruction sheet.

  • Your ward will be taken for Interaction by the teacher for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Note: LKG and UKG students will be given a worksheet to write their answers. Kindly prepare them as per the Portion mentioned below.

  • The student needs to carry the writing pad, pen, pencil, other stationery required for the test.

  • Answer sheets will be given by the school.

Instructions:

  • For classes LKG to 8:
    Please bring report card of present term along with you.
     

  • Form submission will take place in the school basement. (Gate no. 4). Please follow the timings for convenience of everyone.
     

  • Please read the Instruction sheet and check whether all requirements are ready with you.
     

  • The school has arranged the uniform vendor in the campus for your convenience. You can bring your ward along for the measurements. You need to order to the vendor and collect the uniforms.
    Kindly bring the below approximate amount towards the school uniforms..
    Rs. 4000 for classes Nursery, LKG & UKG.
    Rs. 5000 for     classes 1 to 4 .
    Rs. 6500 for classes 5 to 8 .


    Books & Stationery Distribution Notice
    For parents who have got admission and paid school fees.

    Dear Parents,

    For your convenience, we have arranged a book vendor in the school campus. The books and stationery distribution for the academic year 2025-26 will be held on 14th February 2025 between 11am and 12 noon..

    The payment for the same can be paid via cash, card, UPI, or QR Code Scan. If paying by cash, please bring exact change.

    The payment for the same is as follows:
    Rs. 1075 for class Nursery,
    Rs. 1635 for     class LKG,
    Rs. 2242 for class     UKG,
     Rs. 4300 (approx) for classes 1 and 2
    Rs. 6000 (approx) for classes 3 and 4,
    Rs. 7000 (approx) for     classes 5 and 6,
    Rs. 7500     (approx) for classes 7 and 8,


    Please bring a carry bag to accommodate your requirements.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for 2025-26
 

Nursery

Student should complete 3 years as of 20th March 2025
(Birthdates: On or before 20th March 2022)

LKG

Student should complete 4 years as of 20th March 2025
(Birthdates: On or before 20th March 2021)

UKG

Student should complete 5 years as of 20th March 2025
(Birthdates: On or before 20th March 2020)

Class 1

Student should complete 6 years as of 20th March 2025
(Birthdates: On or before 20th March 2019)

Class 2 onwards

Student has to complete the academic year of previous class.
  Important:
Kindly note that if the age of your ward does not meet the age criteria mentioned above, you can contact the school reception for its solution and admit your child in your desired class.

Pupils will be given admission only through proper channels. No special reference or recommendation will be entertained or considered. The school management reserves the right to admit or retain students in the school.

The School management would be happy to accommodate all the admission seekers. However, given the constraints of place and regulations, we are not in a position to please all. Kindly understand our limitations. And in view of this, please do not solely rely on seeking admission in this school alone. You should keep other options open.

We have only FOUR divisions in Nursery with a capacity of 40 seats in each class. Hence, admission seekers from far flung areas are not encouraged for registration.

The admission vacancies for classes LKG to class 8 will depend on the seats availability.

The Eligible list of Admission (LKG to class 8) will be displayed as per the current vacancies in various classes.

The second list of Admission will be done through phone call in the Month of Feb/Mar 2025 (Only if vacancy arises). There will be no guarantee for the same. Hence only those parents who are still interested in seeking admission can apply.
